De las Flores Restaurant:

Overlooking extensive flowerbeds, a simple atmosphere, plain fittings, the whiteness of the porcelain and the table linen create the framework for the tasting of an elaborate gastronomy based on the resources of the Estancia and served with style and creativity.

La Matera Restaurant:

The grill, the campfire, the mud furnace and an old kitchen oven provide support to the delicious meals which highlight the traditions of the regional gastronomy and which are served in a refurbished place formerly known as "la Matera" used by the Estancia staff.

Indigo:

A peaceful place which keeps the characteristics of the old meeting- point to have breakfast at the Estancia. It offers varied options in a gourmet farmhouse breakfast for the morning delight with the most exquisite patisserie recipes for tea time.
