The RiverThe Salado river is a zig-zagging strip which provides a framework to Bella Vista. At times rough, at others calm, it invades the plains with its water mirrors that twinkle at dusk.
|
The ParkWith exotic and domestic species, it offers an ordering frame of circulations, living spaces and valuable buildings, and it opens up to a slope site on an overflow of the Salado river in a position that offers the complete domain of the landscape of slope, fields, water and woodland. |

The Country-sideScenery where, par excellence, the agricultural and cattle-raising activities are developed and it is also one of the most important scenes of our Pampa culture. Along with the present agro-productive landscape, stories about aborigins and malones persist, the mythical iconography of the gaucho and the vision of the golden times as the farming country of the world. |
The ArchitectureThe farmhouse of the estancia was built as a true center of population which was formed by the main house, the maintenance rooms , destined to the management of the enterprise, the house of the peones (workers), the matera, the sheds and warehouses, and a clutter of places to lodge horses and carriages and slaughter cattle. It is a harmonic totality where the secondary constructions keep a relationship of style and proportions with the main ones and also a positioning within the general lay-out. |
